Assistant Waiter助理服务生
Providing exceptional food and beverage service at a variety of food outlets. Extends proper wine service in the dining room. Cleans and sets tables. Strives to go above and beyond each and every passenger’s expectations at all times. Most Dining Room Waiters join as Assistant Waiter and are promoted once they proven their ability. Most Dining Room personal are required to take part in theme nights, parading through the dining room, singing and dancing making sure the passengers are having the best cruising experience imaginable!
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Two years fine dining experience required. Outgoing, friendly personality is a must.
Bar Server 酒吧服务员
Providing quick, friendly, and efficient bar service in a variety of lounges, pool decks, events, dining room and disco. Ability to take beverage orders accurately and is aware of proper service techniques. Can offer recommendations, knowing ingredients, glassware and garnishes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
2-3 previous Bar Server experience, preferable in a 4 or 5 star venue. Outgoing, friendly personality is a must.
Bartender 调酒师
The Bartender provides quick, professional service at a variety of bars both front of house and service areas. Ability to converse with passengers in a courteous manner and performs well under pressure. Can offer recommendations, knows preparation techniques, glassware and garnishes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
2-3 years previous Bartender experience, preferable in a 4 or 5 star venue. A strong knowledge of international cocktails, beer, spirits and wines. Outgoing, friendly personality is a must.
Casino Cashier 娱乐场收银员
Assists Guests with monetary transactions such as exchanging chips, cash, checks, credit and other monetary notes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
2 years experience handling large sums of cash in a casino or banking environment.
Casino Dealer 赌场交易员
Conducts a variety of casino games, including blackjack, dice, roulette and Caribbean stud poker. Ensures that the rules and procedures are precisely followed at all times. Ability to handle monetary transactions at the table quickly and accurately.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience dealing blackjack, roulette and Caribbean stud poker in a live casino. Craps dealers are preferred.
Chefs 行政副总厨
Executive Sous Chef – Reports directly to the Executive Chef. Assists in managing a brigade of 100+, oversees the operation of all galleys, foodservice areas and food storage areas. Ensures company policies and procedures relating to food preparation, the operation of the Food Department and United States Public Health are carried out in an efficient manner.
Sous Chefs – Similar duties as Exec Sous.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Proof of completed apprenticeship. Minimum 6 years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, restaurant or high volume food service facility.
Cruise Staff 游轮娱乐主持
Hosts and participates in shipboard recreational, entertainment and social programs geared towards adults and families. Serves as master of ceremonies to motivate, inform and entertain small and large groups of guests.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Experience as master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre,
music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with resorts, cruise lines, entertainment
or recreational industries preferred.
Disc Jockey DJ主持
Serves as a master of ceremonies in various lounges or nightclubs throughout the vessel. Operates music and video equipment to produce a mixture of dance music and video clips for a variety of music.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Professional Disc Jockey experience with the ability to motivate an audience based on their demographics. Master of ceremonies or professional entertainment experience preferred.
Dive Instructor 潜水教练
Coordinates Sea Trek programs onboard the vessel and on the islands. Provides guided tours, instruction and promotes rentals on the islands.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Professional Association of Diving Instructor (PADI) Open Water Scuba Instructor certification required. Minimum of 50 certifications required. Current CPR certification.
Physical Requirements:
One Mile Run – Must complete a one mile run in 8 minutes or less
Push Ups – 35 consecutive push ups must be completed. Women will do this exercise from their knees.
Sit Ups – 50 consecutive repetitions must be completed.
400 Yard Swim – Must be completed in 9 minutes or less, demonstrating a least three 3 different swim styles, the crawl or freestyle, breast stroke and side stroke.
1000 Yard – Must be completed in 19 minutes or less using a mask, snorkel and fins.
Tow Enert Swimmer – Wearing a mask, fins and vest, an inert swimmer must be towed 50 yards demonstrating mouth rescue breathing. Once in position, CPR must be demonstrated.
Human Resources Managers人力资源经理
Manages the Human Resources activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources. Maintains core functions such as employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, policies, procedures and regulatory compliance. May direct staff development programs for the organization.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years experience in similar position within a large organization, hotel, resort or cruise line. International experience is preferred.
3rd Purser Guest Relations 大堂副理
Provides a variety of service and information to guests inquiring at the Front Desk.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry. Cash handling experience required.
Slot Technicians 设备维修技师
Installs, services, adjusts and repairs coin-operated slot machines, currency changers, video arcade games and currency and coin-handling equipment.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment. Previous Slot Tech experience in a live casino is preferred.
Stage Staff 舞台工作人员
Assembles and disassembles equipment and props for all shows and activities.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Proven familiarity of stage productions. Background in electrical, technical, light and sound preferred.
Sound and Light Technicians音响技师
Sets up and controls lighting and sound mixing board equipment for stage productions and related shows and activities.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
2-4 years professional theatre and studio lighting and/or sound experience. Working knowledge of lighting and audio console operation.
Training and Development Managers 培训发展部经理
Assesses training and development needs onboard the vessel and conducts a variety of structured training and development programs to improve overall performance, employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and safety.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
2-4 years experience doing training and development preferably within the Hospitality or Retail Industry. Ability to conduct structured training programs such as Train the Trainer, Orientation and other soft skills training as well as create, develop and implement training programs. Excellent platform/presentation skills required. International experience preferred.
Youth Staff 儿童伴游
Organizes and leads youth activities, ages 3-17 years, in designed activity centers, assigned areas and throughout the vessel.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, recreation or related field. 3-5 years experience working with large groups of youths ages 3-17. CPR certification required. |
