Assistant Manager - Finance (Ref. code: AM-Fin)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management report, business performance analysis, review exceptions and recommend improving strategies
• Assist in due diligence, financial modeling and forecasting
• Participating in investing and M&A activities
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment and projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with professional accountancy qualification
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience, gained in sizeable organizations/ listed companies/ Big 4 accounting firms
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in PRC/Asia Pacific accounting standards and taxation
• Independent, initiative, sound managerial and analytical mind with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and Power Point
• Occasional travel is required

Management Accountants (Ref. code: MA)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare financial analysis, reports to management for decision making.
• To coordinate with different operation teams for regular reporting and ensure corporate office requirements fulfilled.
• To assist in compiling annual budget and business projection preparation process.
• To handle adhoc projects related to finance matters as assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.
• To participate in reviewing and formulating the group policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting/ Finance with professional accountancy qualification.
• 2 - 5 years experience on financial and management accounting, financial modeling and analysis, auditing experience in international accounting firm is preferable.
• Knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and tax.
• Experience in hotel, property development and /or tourism sector is an add advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Excellent PC skills and especially in spreadsheet and Power Point.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Immediate available preferred.
