Candidates must have solid training experience, including Mgt Training programs. Teaching ESOL or similar is not enough, they ideally also need to have trained within a hospitality/GuerstService Environment.  Shipboard experience is a bonus.
必须拥有切实的培训工作经验，最好是服务业及客服方面的培训经验，有在船工作经验优先。

If they get through to the next round they will also need to provide a 5 minute video of them delivering training.
初试通过后，复试需要提供5分钟的工作培训视频。（以往或现任工作的都行）
